"Refund got there eventually"
I ordered from THE CHINATOWN MARKET and ended up needing to return it. To be fair, the refund did come through, so they managed that part, which is more than I can say for some places. It just took longer than I expected. Not a total disaster, just a little slow

"Cool designs, but you have to be quick"
I really like the designs, and the limited drops make it kind of exciting. But you basically have to check right away or all the good sizes are already gone. It’s a little frustrating because the site is fine and the stuff is cool, I just wish the stock stuck around a bit longer.

I tried placing my order, but the checkout kept lagging and making me re-enter my info. It did finally go through, but it took way longer than it should have. Maybe it was just me, but it was annoying.

Got the confirmation email, so now I’m just waiting to see how long shipping takes. Hopefully it’s not too slow. The extra email fluff felt a bit unnecessary, but at least the order went through.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I ordered a hoodie and, at least from my point of view, the shipping felt slower than it should have been. The tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I was kind of left wondering if the package was actually moving or just stuck somewhere.
It did arrive in good condition in the end, and the hoodie itself was fine. I just think the whole experience would’ve been better if the shipping was a little faster or if the tracking updates were more clear.

I ordered a shirt from thechinatownmarket.com the color looked so different in person. Online it seemed bright and cool, but when it showed up it was kind of dull and just not the same vibe. Could it be my screen settings? Sure, maybe. But shouldn’t the photos be a little closer to what you actually get? I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known...

I ordered a tee from THE CHINATOWN MARKET and overall it’s fine, but the print didn’t really wow me. The colors looked a little duller in person than they did in the photos online, which was kind of disappointing.
Also, the checkout process was more annoying than it needed to be because I kept getting hit with verification steps. I get security and all, but having to verify more than once just to buy a shirt got old fast.
After one wash, the print is still there, but I’m already noticing tiny cracks in a few spots. The shirt itself feels okay and shipping was decent, but for the price, I was expecting the print quality to be cleaner.

It arrived looking good overall. There was a tiny mark on it, but honestly... it’s not a big deal and I’m still happy with it.

"Promo code just wouldn’t work"
I tried using their promo discount at checkout and, yeah... it kept coming up as invalid even though they were still advertising it. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really do much besides telling me to try again later. it just felt like a waste of time.

I guess the exchange did get handled eventually, so credit where it’s due, but wow, it was way more of a headache than it needed to be. It took forever, and support was technically there, though not exactly what I’d call helpful.

The support team did end up helping me and I got the answer I needed, but it took longer than I expected to hear back and I was kind of sitting there checking for a reply, so overall it was a good experience, just not the fastest one

"Looked better online than in person"
I’ll admit, the stuff looked really cool when I saw it online, so I was expecting a bit more. Once I got it, though, it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. The quality was okay, but nothing special, and I kept thinking I could’ve found something similar for less. Maybe it works for someone else, but for what I paid, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from THE CHINATOWN MARKET and the delivery experience was really frustrating. The tracking didn’t update for days, and the package ended up arriving way later than I expected. I kept having to check on it myself because there was no follow-up or update from them at all. Just felt like I was left guessing the whole time. Not really worth the stress.

"Does the site feel a bit cluttered to anyone else?"
I don’t know if it’s just me, but the website felt really busy when I was trying to browse. There are a lot of colors and images happening at once, and I kept feeling like I didn’t know where to look. Maybe other people like that style, but for me it made the site harder to use and just wasn’t really my thing.

"Literally never in stock"
Every time I go on THE CHINATOWN MARKET, the stuff I actually want is already sold out. The sizes disappear so fast, and it feels like half the site is just there to show you things you literally can’t buy.
I even signed up for restock emails, but I never got anything that helped. It’s frustrating to keep checking back and seeing the same out-of-stock message every time. At this point, it just doesn’t feel worth the effort.

I was thinking about ordering, but after reading so many mixed reviews, I just don’t feel confident about this brand. It kind of gives off that “works when it wants to” vibe, and that’s not something I want to deal with after spending my money. Maybe they’ve improved, but reputation really does matter to me, so I’ll probably shop somewhere else.

The tracking never really updated, so I had no idea where my package was or when to expect it. Then it just showed up randomly one day. I’m glad it arrived, but it seems like basic tracking should at least give you a reasonable idea of what’s going on.

"Is the sizing weird for anyone else?"
I really do like some of the designs, but the sizing has been kind of frustrating. I ordered two shirts in the exact same size, and they fit completely differently, one was super boxy and the other felt way too tight. I don’t know if it’s just me, but it makes ordering feel like a guessing game. Returns don’t really feel worth the hassle either, so I’m probably not going to buy clothes from here again unless the sizing gets more consistent.
